Cancel my subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time, free of charge and without giving a reason. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you’ve already paid for: you keep access until that date, and no further payment is taken. You receive a confirmation by email.
During the free trial, the same steps cancel the trial before you’re charged anything.
How to cancel
From the app
Sign in, open Profile → Subscription and tap “Cancel my subscription” (“Cancel before I'm charged” during the trial). The app asks you to confirm, and that's it.

The Stripe billing portal recognises you by your account's email address: you receive a sign-in code, then you can cancel the subscription in a few clicks.
